View PAYC's Chalk Day Event at CRLS
PAYC created the Chalk Day event to promote public art within the CRLS community. The night before, PAYC decorated the school grounds in order to suprise students for the event. Colored chalk was given to students, inviting them to participate in expressing their ideas about the meaning of public art. PAYC also used this event to promote WIND, WATER, LIGHT & SOUND their temporary public art project for River Festival.

Cambridge Arts Council is looking for up to 13 teens from all over Cambridge to be a part of this summer's Public Art Youth Council. Members will represent the voice of youth for the Public Art Program by designing activities and events tailored for teen audiences.
